End User Licence Agreement

1. Parties

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Mozeik Studios ("we", "us"), the publisher of Melodic Math ("Product"). By purchasing or downloading the Product you agree to this Agreement.

2. Licence grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to:

  • Download and store one copy of the Product on your personal devices.
  • Read the Product for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or resell the Product or any part of it.
  • Share download links or files with others.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices.
  • Use the Product for commercial training, teaching, or AI/ML dataset purposes without written permission.

4. Intellectual property

All content in the Product — text, analysis, diagrams, and structure — is the intellectual property of Mozeik Studios and is protected by copyright law. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership to you.

5. Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Product, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product is provided "as is". We make no warranties, express or implied, about its fitness for any particular purpose. Musical success depends on many factors beyond the content of this book.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising out of this Agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.

8. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
